Anna Malgina is a film historian and photographer. She holds a Master’s degree in Art History from the European University in St. Petersburg. She has worked as a leading art historian at Gosfilmofond of Russia and has collaborated with various film festivals as a curator and translator. Her writing covers a range of international film festivals and she has a particular interest in documentaries, conflict and human rights cinema. As a photographer, she works on personal projects about trauma, migration and memory.
